Hello. It is dried garlic pieces with a dash of oregano and other seasonings. The real garlic has garlic flavour a tenderness and garlicky smell. Wow. But this is just the dehydrated product. It burns very easily and gives a very mild flavour in soups. It it's better to use the garlic in its raw from. »» A tip : To ease the peeling process with real garlic, I found that putting the garlic in hot water for 4 minutes makes the skin come of very easily. That's it. Thank you.
