I don’t find this as hot as I think it should be. Certainly there is heat, and my tolerance seems to be much higher than most people. What I have found is this pepper tastes fantastic. I put it on my eggs and in a chocolate shake. I am still working my way through the first canister, but have recently bought a second one (I am assuming it is the same). If you like Habanero, you will likely love this. Be careful when transferring from container to another, as inhaling can cause sneezing and other discomfort.

This powder made a great addition to my bbq sauce. The extra smokiness of this adds a great flavor. If you use both smoked paprika and this, consider using regular paprika to avoid too much smoke flavor (unless you’re into that). Heat level is good, especially if you accidentally inhale some of the dry powder.... Don’t ask it was a mistake. Highly recommend this powder
