Loved this product. The Aroma is quite strong. I mix a very small piece with about 4-5 tbsp of water and use 1-2 drops for cooking. Even though the jar is small, I expect it will easily last for several months. A reviewer has asked why it tastes spicy. It's extremely strong and concentrated that is why if you use it directly in cooking it might be too strong and taste spicy. I would recommend diluting it a very small piece in some water and using a few drops of that.
