I purchased this Hing thinking it is very good but it was dis-appointing, we did not like the flavour at all, I have used Beena earlier which is much cheaper and also very good, I regret buying this hing

Advantages
Excellent heeng, a little granule transforms the food. However, the bigger granules create problem of wastage by sticking to the spoon with which I have to crush them in order to put in the right quantity. Therefore it would be a good idea to put in a small tweezer alongwith the packet, which can stop the wastage of this costly, but beautiful heeng.
