I used this salt as it thought it would be good for me. O naturally run a bit of high bp. But started to use this as a part of my diet.Initially for months it was all good. But after a year of using it, I realised that I was facing weird effects.Tiredness, lethargy and being unfocused. I faced all this as I was using this salt.But honestly, these might be affecting me only. But tmyes these effects showed up to me maybe 1 year. I switched to regular tata salt, and within days, I felt better, alive, more energetic and was sleeping so much more better. My exhaustion and my tiredness was gone.Who knew salt made such a huge difference.If you are switching salt, rather than going for this, just reduce your intake of normal salt.Just my opinion.
