Stale and full of fungus. Absolutely no flavour in the chillies. The chef says that it is either outdated or packed without properly drying. Totally sub-standard product. Will never buy from this company again. Others be careful too.

Big broad chillies. gives a beautiful bright red colour to the dishes. Very slightly hot. When I first saw the packet, the chillies looked deep maroon and I thought it won't give that bright colour result but how wrong I was! Lovely chillies.

The chillies are very spicy (hot). We regularly use them to make the curries, chutneys, sambar and rasam. I suggest that people who are not used to take spicy (superlative degree level) are not advised to use them even in small quantities.The powder is very colourful. I think these are not in good supply to meet the demand. I had to try daily for about 3 or 4 days finally to successfully place an order.
