I recently bought a few packs from the seller for personal use as well as for gifting purpose. The delivery was prompt & the packaging was good which eliminated the possibility of damage. The individual box packaging along with the glass bottle makes it a good gift.Upon the use I realized that saffron strands are long & intact, just like shown in the photographs. My family has used this saffron to prepare some classics such as kesar milk, srikhand & saffron rice and it has surpassed our expectations with respect to the aroma, flavour and colour. It turned out to be better than any other saffron we have used previously!

This is my second purchase from keynote International there is no doubt the quality of saffron is the best I have tried amongst many other brands which are listed on Amazon, None can come close to the quality and consistency of key note but there is a package issue the company bags one gram Saffron and 3 gram Saffron in a similar sized bottle which I feel is a bit shoddy as the 3 grams of saffron literally looks like they have been stuffed into the small bottle, I only wish they can have a much better bottle for the 3 grams of saffron they offer it as a premium product price they should take care on the look and Packaging of this 3 gram bottle of saffron<<<REVIEW EDITED>>>: keynote was kind enough to reply back Immediately to My concern regarding packaging, their argument being economy of scale using the same package and thereby passing the price benefit to the customer, it was a very convincing argument thereby I am revising my feedback to a 5star rating for both the product and the company, I am a connasuer of saffron and have used many varieties from Spanish saffron, to Afghani saffron and also different variations of Iranian saffron including their best Sargol saffron, but I have to say a genuine Certified #1 high grade Kashmir saffron from Keynote beats them all in terms strength of flavouring, coloring ability and overall complex scent of the spice, I am really glad such a high grade product is available directly to a common consumer

Please give a bigger bottle for 3gm saffron

Hi All, i think this product is low grade saffron, the color spread in white cup look like very dark yellow, the filament are goes down to towards bottom when pouring on water containing cup after 2 hours. Saffron filaments becomes more red color its OK and slowly slowly spread the yellow color when mix in water. Smell is very strong. Product is good but watch on similar product information on Youtube then you understand what i say regarding product quality.If you see image Left side is Keynote Kashmir Saffron containing cup and Right side Kesari Certified Organic Saffron Threads containing cup.

This seems to be a very good quality saffron. I bought it primarily to make saffron chai (saffron added to regular chai), but will use in other recipes too. Tried in milk also, and taste is very nice. There are cheaper saffron also available on Amazon at half the price, and one would think that there must be some quality difference between a cheap one and an expensive product like this. Am not a regular saffron user, so can not verify this fact.But this saffron seems to be superb. Packaging was very nice too. Comes in a small glass jar.

this is the second pruchase of keynote saffron. first time I bought a 1gm bottle and was completely satisfied with it. i received keynote international s invoice along with an invoice from amazon. The one gram bottle had 1gram printed on the seal. My second purchase of the 3gm bottle, however, got me thimking. First of all , no quantity was printed on the seal of the bottle. Secondly, both 1gm and 3gm bottles mentionthe same 4.54gms in the specifications on the website(which of course i noticed later - both my old 1gm bottle and new 3 gm bottle look exact same in size). Thirdly, unlike last time i didnot receive any authentication of the saffron (like the keynote international s true sealed and signed invoice copy). Just a half legible amazon invoice copy. My only concern now is if I am duped with the quantity and ended up paying for 3 grams and received just 1gm.

When I purchased this item for the first time, I was so happy as even before opening the bottle there was such a lovely aroma of Kesar in the cardboard box. I thought this is the best Kesar, I have bought till date. I did not use it immediately and after few weeks there was a discount on the product, so I bought two more bottles. After they arrived, I started using it. It was a huge disappointment. The moment you put it in the dish, its dead. No great aroma, no great color. I had to add double the quantity compared to my usual Baby Brand Kesar. I am writing this review after exhausting all three bottles. As I was hoping that at least one of the bottles will have something different. My advice to you, please choose any other brand over this one.

Not an experienced Kesar consumer or connoisseur. However, if you leave it in warm water for 45 minutes like the instructions said, the colour that comes about wit ha single strand is indeed deep and very similar to an authentic cup of kehwah.I loved the detailed information on the packaging about how to use it and how to identify a good quality kesar.I mostly just use it for making kehawah.

I'm a regular saffron consumer and have tried varieties of brands.this is the best brand I've ever used. it comes in air tight glass pot. this is 100% authentic saffron. it tastes slightly bitter (raw) and this is due to the presence of picrocrocin named compound. I consume it at night dissolving 4/5 strands in warm milk.it smells 100% genuine.benefits-1. cures insomnia and acts as anti depressant.~ being an insomniac and migraine patient I know how difficult it is to have 5/6 hours soundsleep. I am saying based on my experience consuming this brand for more than 6 months. now I don't have to take any anti depressant medicine.2. promotes digestion~ it has treated digestive disorders because it has anti oxidant property and anti-inflammatory property.~3. regular menstrual cycle~ my periods is now always on the time and less menstrual cramps. I don't want to say about other benefits because I've not noticed. (though saffron has many medicinal and health benefits. please google it) and one more last thing it is safe to use for anyone. no side effects. if you want to take saffron go for it without any hesitation...
