Product packing is too good and scent is also nice, but i am little bit concern about the quality of thisproduct (Note: i am not sure since i am don't know much about it) I put 2-3 string of it in warm milk and keept that milk for more then a 1 hr before consume that, but its not completely dissolve in milk. (check the picture). As much i know if it is original one then it should completely dissolve in milk.Aside It may be pure but i don't know how to make sure whether its pure or not.

Purchased this item for gifting, but ended up keeping myself.Item came in a nice glass container packed in cardboard box.The glass bottle has retained the freshness of the saffron strands perfectly.Strands were long and had strong heady fragrance.Colour is bright orangish tinge but when added to milk, curroes, desserts etc, the color is diffusing to light orange.I have always been using saffron from abroad and this was the first time I happened to order it from local retailer and I was quite impressed.

I have purchased it before 7 days ago in 349 rs. It's flavour is pure no artificial colour or any type of mix. When you open the cap of bottle a nice fragrance comes. Packing is so nice like a special gift in the box. I am feeling better after using it. All over is very good.

It is real saffron .Biryani becomes more tasty because of saffron ??. My review is as follows-* Scent - awesome . Really very strong* Flavour - Really good . On mixing with milk ,really dissolve to give colour ,with a great taste .* Cost - Cost wise decently priced .Overall ,it has nice aroma ,and very good taste , will blend of colour , taste and aroma , I use it in almost all my favourite dishes. Thumbs up .

I must admit that I'm probably not enough of a gourmet cook to accurately judge premium saffron. I'll give my observations, which is the best I can do.First of all, the packaging is premium and gives the feeling that you've acquired the very best. Always a plus when you pay this much for such a small amount. These days good saffron is pricier than gold or silver. The fine golden box, the heavy, thick glass of the bottle, and the massive precisely cut cork (which resembles a vault door more than a stopper) all whisper quality.The aroma is strong, which points to freshness. The strands are long and while, not broken and powdery.And of course, just a pinch transforms any dish that you add it to.Exquisite. Thanks Silkrute, Value for Money.

It seems to me to be authentic saffron which is hard to find. Thanks to Silkrute It is Grade A Saffron which is the best. It comes in a handy container with a cute spoon. The stamens are a deep beautiful red and surprisingly long and sturdy. When placed in water they steep a yellow color as authentic saffron should. I like this saffron and will continue to use it.
