I have ordered this oil two times before and it was really great. So I ordered now third time but this time it has no sandalwood smell, just lightly wood scented water. Silkrute customer service has placed a replacement order, I am curious if they send a good one this time!Edit: company refunded me, so that is good. So 3 stars now. But still they should not sell tbe product which is not same quality.

This fragrance is nowhere near sandalwood, neither in scent nor in quality.Upon first application, I was greeted with a synthetic and overpowering aroma that bore no resemblance to the natural, earthy notes of sandalwood. Instead of the warm and comforting scent I was anticipating, I was met with an artificial and chemical-like fragrance that was frankly unpleasant.Furthermore, the longevity of the scent was extremely poor. Within just a few hours, the fragrance had completely faded, leaving me wondering if I had even applied it in the first place.In addition to its lackluster scent, the packaging and presentation of the product were equally underwhelming. The bottle looked cheap and generic, failing to convey the sophistication and elegance that one would expect from a quality fragrance.Overall, I cannot recommend this product to anyone seeking an authentic sandalwood experience. It simply does not deliver on its promises and falls far short of expectations. Save your money and invest in a higher-quality fragrance that truly captures the essence of sandalwood.

I used a few drops for my car and the smell that was there which had not gone even after giving my car for car detailing (to clean the smell using some chemicals) was gone 80% after using this oil. This was just when using once. I must also tell that the odor was not the usual one which goes away if you open the car for a while . V happy with the product

Got this for steam inhalation. Has a very faint smell of Oregano. I use eucalyptus oil as well for steam inhalation (from another brand), which requires just 2-3 drops. With this oil, I had to use many more drops for a 2-min steam inhalation. This 15ml is not going to last more than 2 weeks for me.
