I would suggest you that eat some natural fruits, dry fruits, and do your daily exercise, running. Don't buy this kind of product and stay healthy

The packaging was nice no leaks at all. The flavour is strong and smell of ice cream. This is just a supplement, you need to improve in your diet and exercise to see any noticeable difference. The flavour's (vannila) pretty appealing in it's smell, but same is not reflected in it's taste, but I guess it's ok for a supplement.

I was actually not sure wheather this product works or not while started using it.. while i started having endura my weight was 66kg and i completed 1kg endura within a month and the result was shocking..my weight after a month was 77kg and i stopped using it as i have gained enough weight..

It's good but it had side effect on skin(Acne) for my wife(Not suitable for her I guess) . Do take advise of someone or try it for a month by yourself. Otherwise it's good.
