If you're trying to lose your weight just go for it. Drink it with lukewarm water twice in a day. Morning before meal and evening after meal. You will see the drastic changes.. walk atleast 10 minute after each meal specially in night. Eat whatever you want to eat but eat on time and remember after eating have atleast 10 minutes walk. When you care yourself then only people starts loving you. Self-confidence is most important than anything. Best of luck

I had kidney stone last year i took 1/2 cap of bottle sometimes 1 everyday in a glass of water ( warm not nessesory ) it did helped me in some way to pass out stone. Not recommending as only treatment but it does help Also i loss weight too . My stone problem rises again this year so i ordered another bottle ?? just to be safe not to use expired one in case . Btw be prepared to smell worst smell of your life ??

**~ a video is attached for your convenience. I’ve used multiple ACVs. I bought this one because it was priced less than others and I wanted to give it a try. Well, the cloudy residue is present on the bottom of the bottle and I find it an ok product. Have been using it for my hair rinse, for improving my metabolism, for salad dressings .i mix one part of Acv with 4 parts of water as hair rinse, mix 1 tablespoon of ACV with warm water, dash of cinnamon and maple syrup and have it the first thing in the morning. I used to use it as toner but now I don’t as my face is clear and a regular toner is fine with me. Overall, it’s a nice one and I might buy more of these in the future because of its inexpensiveness compared to other ACVs

Don't get confused if you see low ratings for it's scent and flavour because it's neither a perfume nor an icecream. The product is of good quality. As it is Apple Cider Vinegar, it's smell and flavour is not very appealing as it is pure but works very well and has given result within one month of use. I am satisfied with the product.

I have previously ordered another Apple Cider and i ordered this now. This one is good, dark as concentrated and it is organic. The previous product ordered from other vendor which was not organic was light in color and looks diluted. I feel this is good and natural concentrated liquid. We can go for it and received in a glassed bottled well packed.
