Now I had always used this on my salads, but as a woman with alot of curly hair I also use it as a clarifier prior to washing. I tend to cowash so this helps to remove the build-up. It also helps with detangling preparation as I rarely use styling utensils :-)

Great stuff, and will last a while. Smell is quite potent though, so have a real good conditioner to ensure the smell doesn't remain.

I have asthma and allergy season is very hard on me but since I've started taking a serum I made with elderberries, this apple cider vinegar, and honey I have not gotten sick all year.
