initially I added 30gms of powder in 200ml milk. taste is worst. like 100% medicine. even one sip is very hard. 2nd day I added 20gms powder to 200ml milk with 1 spoon sugar. its taste like somewhat bourn Vita managed to drink like sip by sip. this is also very hard to drink. I wasted hard earned 400 rupees. better ensure or vanilla flavor is better. proteinx need to bring 50gms or 100gms pack for sample pack for normal price.

Formula is good but the new packaging is Trash ??? , it's not air tight, must have given packet only why wasted money and brain on useless box? Half of products sticks to box while scooping powder. I have to tie a rubber band around packet to prevent it from gettin moisture. Old tin box was good
