I had been using pretty expensive brands to buy these seeds as supplements for diet. Chanced upon this product and I believe none gave me the value for money as this. It is literally half the price but has amazing quality. The packaging was eco friendly so brownie points for that. Way to go! its a better deal quality and quantity wise than even the neighbourhood grocery store.

I would definitely recommend that you go for it. You can either eat it straight away or sprinkle it on your pancakes or curd or anything else for that matter. A simple personal recipe before or after workout # 01 Banana chopped + 02 tsp. Mix Seeds + 01 tsp. Gur powder and few tsp. Water. Just make a paste in your chutney maker. Have it with a toast or a roti. A great pre or post workout meal.Healthy and Value for money ???? what more do you want...
