I usually add mixed seeds to my post workout protein smoothie to get those minerals and good fats to the mix. I used to order these from another manufacturer but it didn't have sesame seeds. I was looking for a seeds mix that could solve it for me. This one not only has all the seeds I need, but also offers better value for money. The mix I used earlier costs about ?111 for 100g. This one costs about ?62.5 for 100g, plus has one more variety of seeds in it. This mix tastes much better due to the flavor of roasted sesame seeds. I am completely satisfied with my purchase.
