Me and my husband both are consuming this product since a while...tastes regular, less bitter....best when followed by milk...you definitely can feel warm and strengthen within,it does improves immunity and you don't feel tired or fatigue,it best deals with constipation too.Must consume the amount mentioned as too much can cause otherwise. Best for winters as it definitely keeps you warm .Not sure if small children can take or not as it is not mentioned.
