The product was recommend by a doctor to mother as was suffering from extreme cough. The gave high dose of medicine also but then also she was having cough so doctor recommended her this product and also the honey sitopaladi mixture. After continues use of both she got relief. Don't know exactly if was this product or sitopaladi. But she was taking sitopaladi from starting if cough. Also this product contains most of the herbs which are beneficial in cough. So now we regularly consume this product in winter as in summer time creates heat in body for some people. I would suggested to use it. It is little costly but is very useful.
