For the naive, this is essentially what kasai/kashayam is made of, so expect it to be potently bitter.The product came on time, well sealed and the quality is identical to what I’ve been subjected to in my growing up years.It is known to boost your immune system (with that bitterness, not surprising anything would want to grow inside you) and will keep fevers etc at bay. Worth being brave and drinking this with warm water.How to consume - add the powder to warm water, stir to dissolve. Don’t pause to savour the taste - that’s the last thing you will land up doing before projectiling out everything from your stomach! Quick gulps should do the trick.Stay healthy and safe!

satva it is just a root powder. To make it bioavailable and for better absorption it has to be processed prescribed in Ayurveda and ideal satwa is white starchy foam powder not bitter but tasteless form easily pallatable. This is rather grind powder of roots and what not. Very disappointed and I can’t even return.
