How to measure genuinity

Smells just like the Brahmi tablets I bought from Himalaya, but grams-per-rupee it is even more affordable.Usecase: remember it is fat soluble, so have it with some fats for maximum absorption. It doesn't taste so good if you mix it in reasonable amounts with your coffee or food, so here's an idea: buy empty gelatin capsules (search on Silkrute) and make your own caps.To the seller: thank you making such an amazing product available to us at an amazing price. A small suggestion: please include a 1/2 or 1/4 tsp plastic spoon inside the sealable bag itself. It would save us the hassle of procuring one ourselves. Thanks again!

Disadvantages
satva it is just a root powder. To make it bioavailable and for better absorption it has to be processed prescribed in Ayurveda and ideal satwa is white starchy foam powder not bitter but tasteless form easily pallatable. This is rather grind powder of roots and what not. Very disappointed and I can’t even return.
