Firstly, when I opened the pack, I was amazed by the wonderful aroma which is kind of lacking in most commercial brands. This is a non-alkalised cacao powder made by slow roasting the beans and since it has quite a high fat content, it’s very rich and the Hot chocolate made with this turned out very similar to the hot chocolate which is made with both cocoa powder and melted chocolate, which is pretty amazing! Extremely happy with the product.
