Definitely helped me. Could see the difference within a few days.It fizzes and foams up in the cup when adding water which was alarming (I'm not sure why it does that). Aside from that, it tastes alright and does the job- which is the most important part. This isn't something meant to sip on while watching the sun set.

Advantages
Price could have been lower, as the main ingredient is just isapgulla husk (psyllium). Other than that, it is pleasant enough to consume. Needs a bit of vigorous stirring/beating to dissolve powder in water. Has a bit of effervescence too, so helps to settle any gas or acidity as well, like Eno does.

Doesn't get mix with water, need to take long vessel as it comes out of the vessel quickly as soon as it water is added. Difficult to drink and also not at all effective.

Its not Isabgol husk, its brown powder with sour taste and when you pour water it released bubles. Not an alternative of Isabgoal husk.
