Advantages
The dosage given on the bottle is 3 tablets and not 2 as they claim - this means that this is 20 days of supply and not a full month. So value for money lower than advertised. Also the magnesium content is much lower than comparable products which I believe it due to the ingredients used. But as a product it seems to mostly do the job.
