Honestly I really like this product, I ordered it with very less review but it's a very good brand.I have used 2 packets till now and 1 is remaining.1. Unflavoured if you are taste or flavour seeker then you won't like it more it will taste you like baby milk powder.2. Row protein which is a very good quality of protein but lower than isolate. Isolate is very expensive so you can with this one.3. I have used this with milk first but because I do not go to gym, it digest very slowly in my body and farting is very bad after drinking it.4. Because I have bought protein powder first time there fore it digests slowly its totally new for my body that's why then I used it water than it digest in half of the time than before and now it's amazing, give really good strength.You would think that this is a paid review but me it's not, I am gonna try another protein of them cause I started doing gym from today itself.
