It really works. I strongly recommend this product. It makes you fall asleep within 15-30 mins of taking the spray (5-7 sprays) below your tongue. In fact, you may try to replace your sedatives with this melatonin spray ( if you are on sedatives). I believe it should work. The person who was administered this melatonin spray didn't get any side effects either. As per the patient, it's not habit forming.

i don't know but it's not working as intended. maybe, i need to overdose it but six sprays isn't working out for me but for past three days, quality of sleep has increased and for the past three days i didn't take the spray at all, weird, maybe it starts to work gradually with time but i thought otherwise. anyways, take the stars.

I am reviewing this product after using it for a week or so. And frankly it has been really effective and I was able to sleep very well and peaceful sleep i would say rather. It was a worth buying product. I would highly recommend this product to everyone out there looking for such a thing.

I felt it is kinda strong. Makes you sleepy within 15 mins of consumption. Packaging says to spray 6 times, but just 2 are enough according to me. Increase the dose if you feel you aren't able to sleep. It does work. No idea if it is habit forming or good for long term use. I only use when I feel I won't be able to sleep because of stress and bad schedule.

Writing Rewiew after one month used it is not give me good result I take 6 spay daily but not sleep more than 1-2 hours and I noticed some side effects like rhinitis,migraine if you are thinking to buy this spray please I highly recommend to you please consult your doctor before buy
