I have been taking Carbamide Forte Multivitamins with Ginseng for a month now and one thing I have definitely noticed is that my motion has become very consistent. So, the prebiotics are definitely working for me. Can't say exactly about energy levels because I also take Kapiva Ashwagandha Gold, so not sure which is working but I definitely don't feel as tired anymore. Spending 700 bucks on a supplement from a reputed brand like Carbamide Forte that lasts 6 months is absolutely worth it. I would say go for it. One small tip: The pill tends to stick to your mouth/throat, so first take some water in your mouth and then pop the pill in. It will go down smoothly.
