First of all, it's not a tooth paste, so please avoid comparing it to one. Its a gel meant to be massaged on the gums and left for a few minutes. It works perfectly. I have spongy gums and I can feel the difference on 3rd day. The change is not going to be dramatic, but it's there, so be patient and use it twice a day regularly. I would definitely purchase again.
