Good product. Very helpful. Only issue I found is the size of the pack. It would be perfect if length of the gel pack can be reduced. At the present size, it has to be folded and kept in the pockets of running shorts!

One of the NGO in my hometown organised 70kms bicycle race 30% plain, 30% offroad and 40% steep and hilly range, about 60 cyclists participated and among them about 15 were from cycling club who used to go for regular cycling with a good brand light weight cycle, and I go for cycling once or twice a month with an Indian brand cycle (One Ninety Defetr Pro 29T) it approximately weight 20kgs with a bit higher tyre pressure. I took a pack of energy gel after every 40mins and I can really feel the difference. I completed the ride in 2hrs 46mins and bagged the ?????? 3rd place with ?10,000/- cash price and a certificate. And those who bagged 1st, 2nd, 4th,..... till 10th place were from the cycling club. So money I spend on buying this energy gel result worth it. I recommend it in case if anyone needs energy booster.
