If you like caffine and watered down cola, this is for you. The main problem i have with this that the tables don't dissolve easyly, it takes around 5 mins for it to dissolve completely. I suggest breaking the tablet in half and braking the halves into halves before putting them in a glass

It does not dissolves fully. So towards last sip, you will feel particles in your mouth. Not a great flavor for me. The packaging was decent. However opening the lid is difficult unlike other tubes.

I was a bit sceptical at first but right from first use I can feel the difference in my recovery after drinking Reload. Make sure you use the right quantity of water to get the great taste and refreshing effect of Fast&Up Reload. Only tried the Lime flavour since it is colourless. I just wanted to avoid unnecessary colouring. I'm presuming other flavours should be good as well.
