I started using this very recently. I use it to supplement to complete the daily protein requirement. I had bought 1 kg bag. The packaging is nice and attractive and most importantly it has most of the information printed in bold letters so you can see what nutrients you are getting. There is one slight problem though. No where on the package it describes how many calories a person is getting by using one scoop or 100gm of this powder. In terms of use, it dissolves easily into water as well as milk and it tastes delicious!

Well the first thing that Hits you right out of the packaging is the sweetness, i mean even without sugar, it's just way too sweet, then there is the thing with 33 servings, nope not at all, there are 25 servings at best, and that's not all, the protein ratio isn't that impressive as well, don't get me wrong, i just bought it as a secondary option as i already use whey islote, so this is just something to mix with some milk to get some extra protein in, but it's not worth it, atleast not for me
