Ok so I made a review prior to this and Amazon took it down because of profanities. But this product deserves every profanity thrown at it and then some more. This product doesn't make you sleepy, it makes your body heavy while your mind is very much alive and racing. This product also doesn't let you wake up refreshed, instead, you'll wake up feeling sloggish and have a headache the whole of the day... Also, you wake up with a bad taste in your mouth, and feeling really thirsty.

I am using this product for 1 week now and this is my review on the Health it Melatonin 5mg 60 Tablets for sleep recovery. Melatonin is very important harmone for our body. These tablets will make you sleep deeply. I have noticed that usually my sleeping time is 5 hours but after consuming the tablet, it increased to 7 hours. It is obvious that sleeping for more time will keep you fresh and active while working and this product is definitely good for that and you can consider getting theee tablets as the value for money is very good.
