This was far Most the unexpected product I've got from Silkrute!I have been using it occasionally. It works wonders! I ones tried it for Gastrointestinal Reflux and it solved the discomfort quiet quick!Although the tabs are a bit difficult to swallow, the contents in it make it easy to chew it. Although you ought to drink plenty of water and tongue clean also.Try not to take it with food or other meds. It's absorbing properties will not be helpful there.A must try!

I use this Healthvit Activated Charcoal Powder 500 mg in my hair with shampoo , face, brush my teeth with it (mix with tooth paste), and ingest it too.
