The cost is reasonable and the quality seems to be nice. There are two versions on Silkrute - this is the smaller tablets but with more quantity. The Vitamin D3 in these pills are necessary as it helps with absorbing the calcium magnesium. That being said, I do recommend this purchase especially those who are elderly with a doctor's recommendation.

We need a Magnesium dose of about 500 mg or above on daily basis but other brands do not provide for such a large dose. Even elemental Magnesium will eventually lower compare to the number shown on the packet. This product is the only one that provides the necessary dose.

Bought this magnesium supplement after reading lots of positive reviews to help me get somewhat decent sleep after heavy workout in gym. However greatly disappointed after almost exhausting the complete supply of 120 tablets. No appreciable effect in my sleep pattern. Will never buy it again.

I have been using magnesium supplements frequently, so have an experience for it. Usually magnesium supplements calm down the mind, relieve constipation, acidity and eases the leg cramps. But this one do the exactly opposite. It causes acidity and leg cramps. In order to make myself sure about the adverse effects of this stuff, I couldn't claim the refund within the time frame. But for sure, before throwing this into garbage I would like to go for a lab test to find out whether this is a magnesium supplement or something else.
