Keeping the price in mind this is a product i would suggest you to buy if you are serious enough towards your fitness journey. I won't suggest you to take it forever but when you have weight loss/gain goals. Taking a scoop of BCAA will help prevention of muscle loss especially when you do a empty stomach exercises in morning. So definitely go for this. I've had used watermelon flavour earlier also. I have also used naturals BCAA but I like the flavor of MB. I actually don't feel any boost during workout so I don't know weather something wrong with this product or something else.

It keeps u elated. I use it intra work out. small sips post every set of exercise. 1 scoop in 350-400 ml of water. Go for it. Only thing is that box was 20% empty from the top not sure if it is meant to be like that? I am happy as long as it servers 30 servings as committed.

Now coming to taste and color,color is green and taste is awesome it will give you mint and green Apple flavor taste . 1 scoop is enough pre workout and will give you high energy any time during the day, taste is damm good you will like any time during the day .
