After using one whole pack, This is my detailed reviewPROS:-1.) Keeps you energetic and focused even in a long workout session.2.) Takes a short time (about 10-12 minutes) to kick in3.) The ingredients like L-argenine helps in increasing your vascularity.4.) No headaches in using it as is the case with a lot of pre-workoutsCONS:-1.) The caffeine content ( 300mg/serve) is on a higher side. It might mess up your sleep. My advice will be to use about 3/4 scoop initially and see how this works. If your body tolerates that much caffeine without any effect then you can slowly increase it to one full scoop. We all have a different tolerance level for caffeine. So make sure you gauze yours first.2.) Make sure you take this about 5-6 hours before your sleep. If you're a guy who works out late in the evening ( after 7:00-8:00PM), this might cause sleep disruptions.3.) For those guys who already drink 1-2 cups of coffee every day, I'll advise them to cut down on the coffee before starting to use this as the caffeine per day might shoot beyond the dangerous level if you take both.Overall, It's a nice pre-workout which will definitely give you a lot of energy and hence muscle gains if you use it judiciously.

I do intense workout including cardio sessions, and somewhere I felt tired and exhausted at the time of workout so I ordered this pre workout, and it turned out to be effective. It makes your workout session even better and you feel more energetic. Packing was good I received this product in 3 days. This size is small so go for larger box.

I have been working out since 15 years now (morning workouts only), but never really tried a pre-workout. Few instances i tried the heavier prew-orkouts but they didn't work. Wasn't comfortable with the continuous increased heart rate (that's what most pre-workout do, i guess). Tried this one for the first time and this is what happened:1. Started with only one scoop and continued for about 20 days before I realized the serving size is 2 scoops2. Could feel more energy while I starting warming up.. body started moving swiftly without the early morning laziness.3. I didn't plan to do anything specifically heavy, however, suddenly the usual weights I lift started feeling easy; thus could lift heavier weight than usual.4. Didn't feel tired or increased heart rate throughout the workout (1 hour), and could complete the workout with good energy;4. In the next few exercise routines, could feel the muscle pumping up right from warm up stage; so could actually understand what is the kind of pump a pre-workout gives.Have been using it since slightly more than a month now (shifted to 2 scoops now), though not daily. The lifting power has definitely gone up.. Didn't see any specific side effects. Just that there is itching on the body, but only sometimes. Not sure if it is because of the pre-workout.No harm in trying it. The small box is lighter on the pocket too.
