It is one of the best pre-workout I've tried and this is my 5th bottle of it, it really does provide great strength and engery boost, the only downside I see is that it does not let you sleep easily if taken 2-3 hours prior to sleep. So I'll recommend taking it at least 4-5 hours prior to your sleep time.

Had no doubt about genuinity of this product but then also checked. It smell little weird, taste like watermelon, which is good.Edit: after using this product for some time, I won't recommend it to anyone. I feel like powder has started rotting after a while. It taste weird and do not give good boost. If you eat two spoons of coffee powder, you will get much better boost than this product.

The pre-workout is from MB so obviously you need not to worry because MB is one of the most trusted or the most trusted supplement brand of India!! I have never tried a pre-workout ever in my life! This is the first time I am having one and also the first time in my entire fitness journey! The pre workout's taste isn't that bad when it comes to performance then also the product scores well. Until now I have been using creatine before workout from MB itself. Because it gives extra anaerobic energy to boost you through your workout and if you take it after your workout it will help you in recovery as well. Creatine monohydrate from MB is the best choice go for it blindly I will write another special review about it under the same product I bought! Pre workout is only for usage before workout nothing else but be mindful of extra usage of pre workout the flavour is quite addictive and confusion it on a regular basis can cause a little insomnia because it contains caffeine in a small quantity though but stillwhy take risks. Heart patients like me are strictly advised not to take any form of caffeine but I still am ready to take a it of a risk! You can also mix your pre workout with your creatine for an even better performance during your workouts. Now the reason why overboarding pre wokouts can be dangerous is just one the insomnia because lack of sleep not only makes you feel weak the next day but also slows down muscle protein synthesis which can deteriorate your goals!! So be mindful of it! Overall the product is superb use it only with water to get the best taste possible don't just chug it with a little bit of water by taking it directly in your mouth like some weird fitness influencers! These products should be shaked properly before usage!! Follow the advise given on the product to obtain the best results!!

Guys , I dint see any 2023 reviews post March so posting on my experienceI've been using this product over the last 3 to 4 Years but somehow things have changed now . I was told by the Healthkart store staff that the ingrediants have somehow changed post 2023 & there is much lesser pump & almost no focus post consuming this . On certain days I consumed 3 scoops and I just end up feeling the same - pump less , sleepy , unable to lift heavy , lesser reps & unable to complete the required workouts as I just wanna finish up quickly cos I get tired and fatigued .So I strongly suggest skip this preworkout as the HK store staff guy himself told me that there are many complaints about the ineffectiveness which is why they are planning to stop sourcing this . Yes it is cheap but having this is completely ineffective now even if ur a beginner .
