I have been using this casein for a month now and I found that the recovery is pretty good after a heavy workout when taken before bedtime.Now coming to the taste, as it is micellar casein, it actually will be grainy in nature( can't expect a smooth shake like whey protein). However they have done a decent job in giving it a subtle choclate flavour, a very light one.

This is the best protein for recovery and continuous supply of protein preventing muscle catabolism. It really helped me gain good amount of muscle and also reduced soreness between workouts. The chocolate flavour was perfect in taste, neither too sweet nor less sweet. On the whole, a better value for money when it comes to myfitfuel. Planning to try the unflavoured version next time

Very good product. I tried different types of protein and this brend is really good.Mixability — i mix it without shaker with room temperature water, just glas and spoon. Very easy to mix.Taste — no chalk, no sand effect. I took unflavored casein, so taste is like milk shake without sugar. Smell also like milkshake.Side effect — no. Usually I have hiperacidity and too much gas after any food. So i took one scoop this casein and wait. After 4 hours nothig — no stomach pain, no acidity, no gas, no bloating. After some brands of milk protein i feel strong desire to run to toilet with liquid stool (sportsmen who tried differet brands will understand what i mean), but after this casein — nothing, this digest very good.Structure — very smooth, easy to drink. After some brands i feel i drink water with sand, but this brand is very smooth, i like it.Protein support — very good. After hard training i feel strong protein hunger, any food no satisfying, only reach of protein food, but after this casein i feel my protein hunger is close.I tried this brand first time and i like it, already add more products to my Silkrute cart.

At first I thought there was a catch to the low cost of the casein, since casein is quite costly otherwise, but they actually sent it in 4 separate packages, with a letter stating it was better for the longevity of the product to be sent in smaller packages, even if it may cause them a slight inconvenience because of all the extra packaging.As for the product, I love it and have been using it regularly to complete my daily protein requirements, and that has definitely given me results without any doubt.
