My dad and i have been trying green superfood powders from a couple of brands for ensuring that we get all the vital nutrients from vegetables and fruits but all of such powders didn’t taste good and it has been a difficult task to drink such superfood powder and this Nutrazee Multi Greens and Reds Multivitamin came as a saviour for me.I do eat vegetables and fruits but I miss a few of them, or I won't be able to eat multiple types of fruits or vegetables every day and someday I miss totally. This Multivitamin from Nutrazee is the similar green superfood powder made into a capsule form and also has reds apart from the greens.As per the claim it’s a combination of 20 vegetables, fruits and herbs which is supposed to have 30 nutrients with 25 vitamins and minerals. It's 100% vegan and WHO certified as per the label.This one has 0 sugar added, the taste is not great but at the same time not bad too. All I do is quickly swallow and its much better than drinking green powder in water.This multivitamin is very important for improving immunity heart and very good for eyesight too.On the whole, this multivitamin is a much better supplement that the green powder and also a good alternate to the multivitamins available from the pharmacy as this is totally natural.My dad and I take 1 Nutrazee Red and Greens Multuvitamin tablet on alternate days in the morning, as on other days we take a ashwagandha & shilajeet based supplement. But the recommended dosage is 1 tablet everyday for best benefits. If having a medical condition or pregnant a doctor's advice is preferred as per the package.The price is on the higher side and I wish it comes at the lower price.Not sure if taking this tablet has improved our health but we hope it helps as the composition of this multivitamin looks good.Overall a good health supplement when considering the ingredients.
