I have been utilizing the "black currant" variant of creatine for the past two weeks and have noticed improved gym performance. However, I find the scent of this particular flavor reminiscent of medicine, which I am not particularly fond of. I would recommend exploring alternative available flavors or considering the non-flavored option, which may provide a more preferable experience.

I doubt about the quality of Creatine used in it. It has more flavour, colour & sweet apart from Creatine. It cause change in stool moment which is a risk factor. Consume on your own risk. I have stopped using it after 3 days.
