I received the product 2 days before the delivery date(yup its true). I'm using this product for the first time. The protein powder was just like any other protein powder. Its pre flavoured (i ordered chocolate). I usually take it in the morning, immediately after work out. The taste is ok. You can actually add it to coffee or tea. One thing you have to be careful is not to add boiling water directly to the powder. That makes the powder to coagulate and form clumps. I transferred the entire packet in to an air tight container. So there is no problem with storage either for me.
