THIS IS ONLY FROM MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE WITH THE PRODUCT. Pros: * I bought this product after a bit of product and it is one of the better value for money whey protien out there. * There is a barcode scanner inside the sealed packet so we know the product is genuine. * A strong chocolatey aroma as soo as you open the package makes you try it out immediately. * No hard lump formation while making the shake. * 24g protien for a serving of 34g product and minimal fat / carb. Cons: *The packet doesn't fullyclose air tight after you open it or it's extremely difficult to close it in such a way after every time you open it. Better of transferring the content to a plastic bottle. * The shake isn't a thick shake by any means. * The taste is a hit or miss. I have been staying off of sugar for 6 months now and I got this product cause it is sugar free. But it contains artificial sweeteners to boost the chocolatey taste which was too much for me. Sugar leave a bad taste in my mouth and kind of makes me feel a little sickish. But it should be fine and infact extremely tasty for people who aren't on a zero sugar diet and have tolerance for the "sugar-like" taste.

Whey taste is good and it forms lumps but it can be solved by stirring well . The packaging was bad . It was spilled a little bit . Overall a good one for beginners and result oriented . I'm going for this same whey next time

no offence to muscleblaze,i just didnt suit to my body. i used MB concentrate for around 2 month and i faced constipation issues. i eat good amount of fibers everyday to boost my digestion. in my 28yrs of life i never ever had constipation issues. at first i thought my body is not prepared for increased protein take as i took a long break from workouts and all, so i increased y fiber intake to support the intake of MB. but no use. not just constipation issues, i used to have some disturbances immediately after having the shake. then i came across a telugu youtuber who promoted XLR8. i trusted him and ordered a sample 1kg pack. The mixture was light and digested very fast, yes i can see the difference now. coming to the taste i ordered cookies and cream flavour, generally i dont like cookies but the over all flavour is just yummy i would rate 10/10 for the taste. everyday im feeling exicted to have the shake post workout now. would love to order more flavours. update : changed rating fro 5 star to 3. cookies and cream is excellent and thought of tasting another flavour. ordered coffee flavour,taste is just average and the shake iss tooo foamy. 1/5 for coffee flavour

I bought this after seeing a nutritionist promte this brand,It is extremely sweet and doesn't taste good at all.It is definitely cheaper but I do not recommend this to anyone
