I have bought this product few months ago ...the day it arrived it was very hard and not creamy as mentioned in description...i have tried all ways to melt it or make it creamy to apply ..but it's been forever like a hard rock ..i literally have to scrape it out with my nails and then rub it several times,but still it's not melting for me to apply ....I don't know if there is an option to return or refund or get another proper product ....MAN company brand + really didn't expect this from your product - looking at reviews and videos I got fooled to buy this ..I would rather buy from Gatsby or Beardo company .

1. This is not a cream wax. It's very hard and dense. 2. Smell isn't as bad as some comments tell. It smell like natural honey which is ok for me. 3. Have a good strong hold. But the major con i felt was that only the outer box contains exp date(10/2024) and other major information. Expiry date is not printed on the actual container. So how do i know if the product inside is actually not expired. Isn't this against the law.
