Quality is substandard. The product seems to be a fake product. I’ve been using this for the last 5 years and the shampoo was always thick. This time it looked quite diluted. Probably the vendor is not selling genuine products.

Both the shampoo and the conditioner are great. I have fine curly hair. I am always looking for something that will add moisture to my hair. This leaves my hair very soft and manageable. The tubes are also bigger than I thought they would be. The smell is great. It reminds me of Aveda Products I used to buy from an upscale salon many years ago. I am happy and have already bought them both again. Enjoy!Update: after using for a few months I can say that would continue to buy when the price is below $7. When it goes much above that I tend to pass. I still like the product. I find it moisterizing for my hair but I can honestly say I have not noticed any thickening results, or even the appearance of thickening hair. I have had other hair products where I have seen this but this is not one of them. It is a great moisterizing shampoo/conditioner even for fine thin hair. My hair never looks or feels weighed down. But, after much use, I can honestly say I have never seen anything where my hair even appears thicker, unfortunately, and I don't see my hair any "stronger" either.

I really have noticed thicker, stronger hair after using this shampoo and conditioner for a few weeks. Its a strong, long lasting herbal rosemary scent. Not cheap, but worth it, and it’s what I’m using from now on!

A friend of mine who has thinning hair had seen this advertised and asked me to help her order it from Amazon. It came to my house with some more items of mine and she asked me to use it first and let her know if it helped my hair to look a little thicker. I used it several times and liked it so much, I kept it and ordered her another tube. I had forgotten how nice shampoo in a tube is since you don't waste it by pouring it in your hand like bottle shampoo. I definitely have seen a difference in my hair as far as appearing a little thicker and the shampoo itself is very gentle for colored hair or gray hair like mine. When this tube is gone, I plan to order another one right away.

This shampoo says it will thicken hair. In my case, No. I do not have thin hair but was hoping for a little more thicknesss regardless. I followed instructions and found no difference in the texture of my hair. The scent was quite nice, though and it didn' take all the moisture out of my hair. Which was a plus. I do not think I'd purchase it again. Shipping was quick. Like I said, in my case, the prosuct failed to do what it promised.

I picked up my first bottle of this shampoo at a discount store years ago and have never looked back; this has been on regular reorder with Subscribe and Save ever since! I wanted something that would make my hair look thicker and this definitely lives up to that claim. It's not completely life changing in that respect, don't get crazy ideas, but my hair does look fuller and younger when I use this, compared to other similarly marketed products. If I've found anything comparable to this shampoo over the years, it cost 3-4 times as much, and that is wasteful to me. It also smells fantastic, just like the Indian Cress products from Molton Brown that I love, but also find to be exorbitantly priced. I have recommended this shampoo and the matching conditioner to all my friends over the years and am happy to recommend it here as well!
