Its paraben free but it contains sulphate so if you have dry scalp then its not good for you because sulphate make more dryness , but I have oily scalp so its not problem for meAlso this shampoo contains high amount of perfume which is not good ?? for anyone

Been using this variant of tresemme since 3 years. Gives best results when used with conditioner.Also tried the keratin variant but it made my hair lighter. It didn't like it.But it also depends on your way of using the conditioner. Many of us have been using conditioner the wrong way.The correct way:1. Wet your hair with a lott of water. ( A lot!!)2. Pour a little shampoo on your palm and rub it to spread on your hands and then start by massaging the scalp. DO NOT APPLY SHAMPOO TO THE ENDS of your hair; it may dry it out. OnLy work the length.3. Once you are done massaging, rinse your hair thoroughly.4. (Important step) After rinsing, SQUEEZE OUT all the water from you hair. DON'T TWIST YOUR HAIR, it may damage your hair. Just squeeze.5. Now go on with your conditioner. They say to take only coin-sized amount but if you have long hair then use it generously.Conditioner is only meant for the length of your hair, not the scalp(because it may get oily) and if you have an oily scalpe like mine then steer clear of conditioning the scalp.6. Let the conditioner sit for a while (1-2mins) and then rinse it off.7. To dry your hair, remember to squeeze out all the water first and then use a cotton fabric (cotton towels, t-shirt, etc)If you can use two separate towels for body and hair then, best.So if you have dry hair, go for this one blindly. And follow these steps.
