List of issues: 1. In product description, it's mentioned the material used is rubber but it's fully made of plastic 2. Find difficult to adjust the angles with touch of your foot. As you can see in the picture attached it tilts to one side. Joint is so tight 3. It's not anti-slippery in all floor types. May be suited for wooden or carpet floor. 4. The footrest doesn't have a way to fix its inclination at any position due to which it's like a see-saw and you have to adjust it by shifting your weight by your feet. Defeats the whole purpose of ergonomics. Here, I have used a method to fix it by inserting a bamboo underneath.
