The build quality and everything is fine but there is a design fault. There is no mechanism to lock the footrest at a preferred angle. I feel I need to put more pressure on the legs to maintain the position, defeating the whole purpose of the footrest. The unfortunate part is that there is no return option. You can only exchange the product with the exact same model, which again will have the same design issues.

Poorly designed product that does not stick to the floor (hardwood or cement). You have to block it by putting something in front of it to rest your feet. Very annoying it keeps sliding," Not sure why this piece of plastic crap needs to be imported. Is India that backward that we can't even make a plastic foot rest? Over priced.

The foot rest is more like a foot swing. Just resting your feet on it changes the angle. There is no resistance or locking mechanism, very poor design in that regard. Material is good strong plastic. Dimensions should be at least 1 inch wider as it forces to keep feet close together. But biggest issue is it is not performing job of sturdy footstool by changing angle every time.

The Palo footrest for my office was the best one I have tried so far. It's got the perfect grip and wide enough to accommodate my feet easily. Although a little bit expensive than some others, I love this product and fully recommend each and everyone to go with this product.
