My dad was suffering from plantar fasciitis.I searched every website to know more about the problem.There are many factors which may cause the pain in the foot.The main problem is the quality of the shoe one wears.Please take care about the shoes you wear.How ever,by God's grace he was healed from this pain.This product helped him to some extent.Also,do some regular exercises like rolling your foot on a chilled bottle.Rub your lower face of your foot and do stretch your foot regularly.Hope it helped.Thanks.-VK

Perfect for Plantar Fasciitis

I got this product 2 days ago and after i put it in my shoes, it doesnt feel really comfortable infact my heel has started to pain more. Maybe am not placing it correctly but i tried it with and without the insoles that are in the shoes and both ways its not giving me any comfort.I'd suggest trying for some other product or maybe just going for a full length insole, not just for the heel.
