By far a useless pain balm with absolutely zero sense in calling it Extra Power. At least that Roll-on from Amrutanjan is better. But I strongly recommend only two balms for people who get severe headaches - Go for Zandu Ultra power which is far more cheaper or the Korean version of Tiger Balm (not the Indian one) which is again cheaper than this useless Amrutanjan Extra Power.
