Not very effective. I ordered this Kerala Ayurveda Anu Tailam instead of Kottakal Ayurvedshala product which I had been using for a while. This is not comparable in quality and effectiveness. Try both and you will see the difference immediately. This one is a waste of money

Using it from last 20days and only at night just before sleep.2 drops in each nose hole. My experience is I am more sharp and memory power is increasing. I feel cool and stress free.This is working great for me, I actually bought it for my white beard hair problem. But now I don't care for my white hairs bcz I am happy with these other banefits of this Great Ayurvedic oil.
