The product design, concept and packaging is very good. But the best part is the customer service.The package had the end cap missing. I was not ready to exchange or return it, since the prodct was really nice. I called up their cuatomer service. (number on the box), told them about the missing part. They dispatched it immediately. And lo and behold i was surprised to find the missing part as well as one more diffuser in the box.Its very rare to find companies which are 'customer first'. I am very proud to have purchased a Made in India product with world class staff at work.Thank you

I wish instead of wood stick they could have given nice coil similar to ambipure liquid. Need improvement in the product. No smell at all. I would not recommend. Outer body is well planned. But improve the coil inside.
