Seller has mentioned wood in headline. But handle is of plastic with wood colour. Brush is of artificial or imitation badgers read details before buying. While using its bit hard as it's artificial. Overall two star for the product quality as compared to price. I wanted soft brush with wooden handle, now since it's not returnable I have to use it.

I did not enjoy this.I have found that the bristles are shedding very fast. Soon it will be bald.I bought this thinking it is good and cheap. In reality, it is only cheap. The quality is very poor.Very disappointed with the product.I strongly DO NOT recommend this.

I had high expectations from this product as I have a high opinion of Bombay Shaving Company.At the outset, I was quite disappointed to find that the handle is made of brown tinted plastic, not wood as claimed. As for performance, the (admittedly synthetic) bristles do a commendable job - a pea sized blob of Bombay Shaving Company's shaving cream produces adequate lather for a comfortable shave. The bristles are soft and become even softer when moistened. Yet the bristles do not absorb water and dry much faster than organic bristles.This brush costs two or three times of what I used to pay for Gilette shaving brushes. After a week of use, I am inclined to place a repeat order. However, I cannot comment on value for money till I get a chance to evaluate the durability of this product.In the meantime, I wish they would correct the description and admit that the handle is made of plastic, instead of the preposterous claim that it is made of wood.
